Yes, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellation policies vary based on service type and notice provided.
Drop-off and pick-up times are by appointment within the following hours:
8:00 AM to 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Yes! Please contact us to arrange a meet-and-greet or facility tour before booking your dog’s first stay.
We require proof of the following up-to-date vaccinations: Rabies, DHPP(Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, and Parvovirus), and Bordetella (kennel cough).
We recommend bringing your dog’s regular food (enough to cover the stay plus one day in small containers) and any medications necessary. Please allow us to provide comfortable bedding and enrichment toys. We ask that you bring your dog(s) leashed. As always, we provide the FUN!

Boarding
Our facility is located at our homesite and is literally “right outside our door”. Windwalker K-9 is owned and operated by a professional dog trainer providing supervision, knowledge and compassionate care. Lodging is offered in an inviting, clean, and comfortable environment that is amply suited to the needs of your canine during their stay with us. Don’t forget about our bathing and nail trim services!

Training
Our training program allows your dog to participate in daily training sessions designed to address individually established goals. Training services are provided during a specified timeframe to maximize success including: assessment, introduction, learning, and application of various skills. Time and commitment are key! Please recognize that in our professional experience, the minimum expectation for this service is typically 3-4 weeks. Each dog and circumstance are unique. Our goal is to understand and respect each situation, allowing positive progression and a successful “forward approach”. Whether you are seeking initial training or ongoing maintenance, Windwalker K-9 has it covered!
Consultations & Private Lessons
Our Consultation and Private Lessons are offered in various environments. This may be onsite at our facility and/or within your home environment. Services may also occur in other locations (to be determined). The recommended setting will always be what is best suited for each individual situation and will allow for maximal hands-on opportunities that support modeling, learning, teach back, and success. Regardless of the setting, application and homework will begin on day one!
